Location is close to the newest (and determinedly indie) Valley arts district, downtown Mesa. You pay $500 rent (includes utilities) and receive your own bedroom plus a space to curate and exhibit your own art. Sound too good to be true? It is truly this good and you might be just the person we are hoping for! The gallery’s model is that of art collective, in which the artists make the decisions on exhibits, hours etc. You would have equal input here. Potential studio space is also available for your use. 

I have lived here since August 2015. It is one of the most lovely and delightful places I have ever lived. Sandy, who owns the home, has lived here for over 20 years. The house is a beautiful historic adobe home just minutes from all the great offerings of downtown Mesa including the light rail!
